An original present

Who doesn't like cookies? well I love them and that's why I like to surprise my friend with some of them. I think it's an easy gift that they will enjoy and you can always put them inside a nice box, in a small bag with a card... But first of all, you need to learn HOW TO DO THEM!

Today I spent a bunch of hours doing cookies with a friend, we used a very basic cookie recipe and then we added some chocolate, almonds, springles... you can add whatever you want. That's why I always have so much fun doing them.

To do them you will need:

1 cup butter (100 gr)

1 cup sugar (100 gr)

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract or chocolate in case you want them to be dark.

2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (150 gr)

Once you have all the ingredients you will need a large bowl where you will mix all the ingredients until you have you have a compact dough. Then you have to put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, it's really important you do it or the result will be a mess!!! Then it's time to use your imagination and create as many figures and shapes as you can and once you're done , bake them at 200C until they are lightly golden on the edges. You have to let them cool before serving and then there's only one last thing you have to do: enjoy them!

As I love white and kinder chocolate I added a bunch of it on the cookies. Do the same with the treats you like!!
