We are invaded by 'galets'

         Every year for Christmas, the streets of Barcelona are invaded by huge pasta shells called 'galets'. Last weekend I saw them by the first time of the year, and they made me realice that I have to hurry up with my Christmas shopping! but you ar eprobably wandering why would they put pasta shells as a Christmas ornament?

          Who doesn't like cookies? well I love them and that's why I like to surprise my friend with some of them. I think it's an easy gift that they will enjoy and you can always put them inside a nice box, in a small bag with a card... But first of all, you need to learn HOW TO DO THEM! 

        Today I spent a bunch of hours doing cookies with a friend, we used a very basic cookie recipe and then we added some chocolate, almonds, springles... you can add whatever you want. That's why I always have so much fun doing them.
